Historic, Commercial Restoration

This property, originally named “Das Deutsche Haus”, or “The German House”, built in 1928, was used as the German Cultural Center for St. Louis during WWII. It changed hands repeatedly between numerous institutions such as schools, churches, and other Non-Profit organizations. Over the years, this beautiful property, including its magnificent auditorium, fell into disrepair.

Storm & Water Damage  Restoration

The damage culminated with the theft of exterior copper gutters causing massive water damage to the auditoriums and foyer. During phase 1 of the renovation of this building, we had the pleasure of restoring these key areas to their original stunning condition. This included demolition, encapsulation, a new sleeper system and hardwood flooring, copper gutters, immaculately restoring the plaster and painting.
