Addition and Whole House Remodel
This client has contracted two large projects with our company. The most recent project was when they came to us after selling their house (the first project house). Their new home in Ballwin was less spacious than they desired so they opted to add on. This included converting the existing garage to a hearth room, remodeling the kitchen, adding a wet bar, completely remodeling and finishing the lower level, and adding a three-car garage with a second story full bath attached to an existing bedroom. Some of the highlights of the project are the custom cabinetry, an oval coffered ceiling with crown and rope lighting, custom stamped and dyed concrete patios and masonry fire-pit, unique walk-in showers in both the lower level and new 2nd floor bathroom, and elevated seating in the lower level entertainment room.
