Addition and Whole House Remodel / Renovation
This stunning Victorian’s project consisted of a 2 1/2 story addition including;
- 1st floor family room
- 2nd floor master suite with a beautiful full bath featuring a walk in shower, period claw foot tub, subway tile half walls, furniture style vanity, and walk-in closet
- 3rd floor office and full bathroom.
A complete interior renovation including:
- leveling the structure of all the existing floors
- finishing the entryway with a beautifully restored staircase, a powder room bath, new marble floor, and restored fireplace and finishing the adjoining parlor
- absolutely stunning high-end kitchen remodel, including custom cabinetry, granite and tiger wood butcher block counters, stainless steel appliances, and subway tile walls
- remodeling the 2nd floor guest bath
- relocating the laundry to the 2nd floor
- finishing two additional 2nd floor bedrooms and one 3rd floor bedroom
In addition to the 2 1/2 story addition and remodel the project included:
- rear porch addition
- side porch addition
- front porch re-finishing
- porte cochere addition
A complete refinish of the exterior including; – all new cedar lap siding, commercial roof installation, cedar dog ears and shakes, columns, bead board porch ceilings, soffits and crowns to match the original, copper gutters and finials, stone veneer to the new foundation and porte cochere piers to imitate the original foundation
