Our architectural designers and project managers will guide you from conception to completion of your project. If you already have designed your project our project managers will work with your designer. We pride ourselves on our experience and expertise at blending the wants and needs of modern construction seamlessly with the design of the existing house. Through the processes of design, job development / estimation, and construction we transform your desires and needs into the results you would expect from an award-winning contractor.

Immediately after you make contact with us, a personal meeting is arranged to discuss your needs. In most cases a member of our staff will come to you for your convenience. This also gives us an opportunity to view the potential project site firsthand. We will explain how the design/build process works and how it benefits you. Our representative will take detailed notes and work with you to develop your ideas into a solid plan. From there the skilled artists at Adams Street Architectural Design develop CAD drawings using your input and the information gathered by our representative. These designs are a detailed picture of your project. Once completed, the drawings are passed on to our estimators for review.

Our estimators calculate estimated job costs and, with your assistance, further develop the project. At this stage important decisions are made about the specific details of the job. These ivolve decisions regarding trims, finishes, flooring, material choices, etc. Subcontractors are contacted for bids for their portion of the work to be performed and suppliers are contacted for up-to-date material pricing. These numbers are returned to you in a timely fashion to evaluate. After a contract is signed your project will be placed on the schedule.

Once work has started on a job we maintain a close professional relationship with you to ensure your continued satisfaction. Throughout the project your jobsite superintendent will be in daily contact with you, updating you on the progress and answering any and all questions you may have. By working both with our experienced, skilled crew and partnerships with qualified subcontractors all work is performed in a professional and timely manner, paying close attention to every detail.
